Shipping policy

Shipping
Most orders will ship in 1 - 3 business days.  Custom and special orders pieces may take up to 6 weeks to complete. You will be notified ahead of time for all custom order timelines. Cost of shipping is on the customer.

All online orders are shipped UPS or FedEx Next Day Air, Overnight Shipping and are fully insured. Shipments require an adult signature confirmation. Online orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Shipments are sent over weekdays, and will not arrive on weekends.
